Membership

By purchasing a membership or booking a service through StepUp Fitness, you agree to abide by our gym rules, class schedules, and payment terms.

Bookings & Payments

Badminton court bookings, membership packages, and store purchases are subject to availability. All payments are processed securely; refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Facility Use

Members are expected to follow gym etiquette and safety guidelines at all times. StepUp Fitness reserves the right to suspend access for violations of these terms.
